I spent a wonderful Xmas holiday in a hotel in Shanghai. The hotel had superb amenities that included a fitness center and a nice spa that offered different types of massage services. The location of the hotel was impeccable since it was located close to the subway station and the bustling city center. the hotel provided shuttle services to and from the airport, which was a great advantage.
I was deeply disappointed by the poor quality of the air conditioning system in the hotel. The room was always stuffy and I had to keep the windows open to get some fresh air.

Good location, Room is comfortable and clean.
Hotel has no free access to wellness area as indicated on the website. In addition, hotel staff doesn't speak english very well and we had difficulties to communicate. No free internet

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, being within a leisurely 10-minute walk to the subway station in the heart of Shanghai. The hotel offers a range of quality services including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room itself was well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi kept me connected throughout my stay. The hotel also offered a range of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well located close to Ninjang Road , 15 mins from Honqiao and 15 mins to Shanghai Railway station. Very helpfull staff in the lobby. Good breakfast, although not always included in the price. Pity that internet is extra. Otherwise good value for money.
Later in the evening the lobby is very dark, which is not very welcoming. There is little activity in the hotel, apart from the lobby bar, which is terribly expensive.

We had a great stay here! The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and it had good facilities. The location was convenient, with easy access to cheap taxis and the Jing'An subway station. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was available for an additional charge.
Nothing.

Front desk staffs were warm & helpful, especially Mr. Huang who ensure we got a quiet non-smoking room with king side bed. The housekeeping staffs were helpful, ensure we were well looked after. Room was clean and well maintained. We got our money's worth & then some.
The greeting staffs at 3rd floor Health Wellness center were too sales oriented by our North American taste. In the end, got us the service we wanted but intimidating for those not accustomed to Asian sales practice - very direct & borderline pushy.

The breakfast was fine and the hotel was reasonably closed to the metro (10 minutes walk) which is very good considering how huge is Shanghai. Also the bed were comfortable and the bathroom nice.
The hotel is located in front of a 4 lanes highway, horribly noisy. Our room was on the 10th floor and due to the very poor quality window isolation (actually in our room the window didn't colse properly) I had the impression of sleeping in the meedle of one motorway lane... We didn't ask to change the room because we checked in early and when arrived they only had one room ready-but it might be that they would have accomodated this request if we asked-. However we were so tired because of the jetlag that we slept perfectly. Also I found the room overall cleaned but had the feeling the carpet was not that cleaned and had a funny smell -smoke I guess-.The hotel was overall ok,but for the same budget I would reccommend to try another hotel

The hotel is clean with a nice lobby, good rooms, friendly staff and a full-service spa. Breakfast buffet is very nice and offers a mix of western and Chinese foods. Other dining available at the spa and two lobby restaurants. Two gift shops in lobby. Hotel is centrally located in Shanghai and convenient for business and tourist travel. Very good value.
Internet is a bit pricey. Approx. $18 per 24 hours. I believe this is charged only on usage though which makes it a bit more reasonable.

The hotel is decently located near Jing an Temple and is in a great neighborhood for exploring. the metro line 2 is not far, making travel convenient. the room and bathroom were clean and tidy, but the service lacked enthusiasm. the breakfast was standard, but some amenities like universal outlets and USB power outlets were provided. the windows were small, outdated, and unclean, and the walls were thin, making for a noisy stay.
The hotel lobby staff showed little care or enthusiasm , leading to a lackluster stay overall.

Friendly staff at reception; my room was at 26th floor, very quiet.
Breakfast service was very slow, and staff not very interested; the egg cook for some reason never showed up.

Very nice for the money. The Spa is excellent! Would stay here again, particularily if budget was a factor.
Wait staff for breakfast not very attentive to needs, like getting coffee.
